The purpose of this regulation is to ensure quality service and work in harmony with you.

1. Once you have selected your design, you will be able to make changes up to two days before your scheduled appointment.

2. You are given a 10-minute grace period to arrive at your appointment. In case of delay, the total bill will be increased according to the schedule.

3. If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, an additional charge will apply. (5)

4. One companion is preferably allowed.

5. If you do not attend your appointment, an outstanding balance (additional charge) will be generated for your next visit.

6. Do not attend with children.

7. We offer home delivery. Please note that the estimated time for home delivery is 40 minutes. Please take this time into account from your scheduled appointment time. Our online booking system will provide you with the corresponding start and end time.
